Dear TVLine, I have been a faithful reader for years. But your web site, especially on mobile format, is riddled with pop ups that take you to the app store on the iPhone, videos that don’t stop playing, and just now, porn.

    • scooterjay3609 says:

I agree with this. It’s ridiculous. I know you have to make money, but these pop ups, pop unders and being taken to the app store with no way out of it are out of control. I remember when this site was started by Michael and others and it was wonderful. Now, it’s just like all the other entertainment sites.

    • Matt Webb Mitovich says:

This issue is being actively investigated. —Mgmt.

      • Keith says:

I have never seen a pop-up ad when using Facebook on my phone to view the articles. But then I also have Adblocker’s browser for mobile devices installed as well.

      • Michael says:

I’m genuinely not trying to be rude. It’s just frustrating. I’ve followed Ausiello since before he started this web site even. I remember back when NUMB3RS there was rumors of Colby coming out, and he found out for us. I don’t want to stop coming, but it’s happened so much (these ads, inescapable redirects to App Store, and now porn). Is the web site coding hacked or something? Can you share what’s going on?

    • MMD says:

      Ad block is your friend.

    • KLS says:

It (continuous videos) crashes on my iPad all the time now. It helps cut down my comments though. Maybe not such a bad thing? Sometimes I can get too sarcastic..

    • Sara says:

I have the same issue sometimes

  7. Kevin says:

Homeland (how bad Peter Quinn is right now?). My predictions on which teams might make it to the Super Bowl – Packers and Patriots.

  8. Queen of the Run-on Sentence says:

Mercy Street and Victoria on PBS are my first choices for the evening. I’m still debating watching Hunted on CBS, I’m still mad at CBS for making me wait for the Amazing Race and Survivor until April. I was watching The Affair, but I’m quickly losing interest.

  9. Television says:

Librarians is such a great show. We need more episodes. I was kinda hoping they would kill off Cassandra though since she is crazy all over the place. Her little girl squeaky voice comes and goes. Why was she all of a sudden after Jenkins? And then two seconds later a girl vampire? She was a trader to them at the beginning of the season, should have gotten rid of her and hired someone who could stay in character. Other than that, the rest of the cast is awesome!

    • suzi says:

The death sentence she carried in her head seemed to cloud her judgement when she betrayed them, something they all eventually understood. That same death sentence, I think, brought her to the immortal Jenkins, in an effort to be near someone who has lived so long. The voice–her high pitch seems to more prominent when the character is excited, fairly common, I believe. I enjoy the show and all the characters very much, and hope it is renewed for another, and potentially longer, season.
