LOL! The Walking Dead’s synopsis really gives too much away!!!

    • Chris says:

Lol. It almost reminds me how my DVR recaps shows like Once Upon A Time when it doesn’t have the episode up yet. “A young boy searches for his mother and she stumbles upon a mysterious town filled with Fairy Tale characters.” Im like “Again?!”

  4. Joey Padron says:

SNL and encore of The Walking Dead. DVR Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Talking Dead, and Comic Book Men.

Has anyone else noticed the amount of popup ads lately? It is slowing down the navigation on every page. I wonder why all of a sudden these ads are appearing? Anyone?

    • Matt Webb Mitovich says:

Please, elaborate, so that we may investigate — what sort of pop-up ads? And for what products? And what device are you using?

      • JC1 says:

Well, I’m not Kim obviously, so I don’t know if this is what she’s talking about, but I use an iPad, and I’m frequently getting redirected to the App Store for different games when I visit this site. And it’s not that I clicked on an ad – I just click on an article and then suddenly am getting sent to the App Store. Or sometimes I’m typing a comment, and then suddenly. away we go to the App Store. It’s been going on for a few months.

        • DarkDefender says:

I have this problem too. When I’m on my iPad, particularly. Also page has error a lot and needs to “re-load” when I’m on my laptop.

        • Nicola says:

Happens to me all the time too. Really irritating. On my iPhone. Sometimes it makes the site completely unusable.

      • lechatnoir says:

Matt, I am glad she brought that up. Its not the type of ads that’s the problem its ads on both sides of the screen and on the top frame that I found intrusive. in the form of animated gifs and since last week week its straight up a full video commercial .It slows down my computer and devours the metered bandwidth , plus it can take up to 30 seconds to load a page. Obviously when I use my mobile phone there are only google based text ads .

        Please assist.

        Kind Regards,

        • Kim R says:

This is exactly what is happening to me. It has gone from ads sliding in from both sides of the screen to full commercials. At times TVLine just stops working and it is very slow now to go from page to page. I was waiting to see if someone else might bring it up in case it was just me. I didn’t want to complain. I’m Canadian. :D

  18. Paul says:

Twice I was hit with pop up ads for PF Chang’s Frozen Dinners. If you don’t click on it you have to leave and go back in. Very annoying

  19. trf says:

Did Eddie Murphy just refused to participate? His SNL appearance was like “hello, I’m here” and then “we haven’t gone to break yet?” What was that??
