THE BACHELOR - "Episode 1505" - The Bachelor must face the difficult task of taking Ashley H. and Ashley S., two women he's fond of, on the famed two-on-one date, vowing to have fun - even with a painful choice looming at the end of the night. What a surprise Brad has in store for the ladies! They go backstage of the hit show "Viva ELVIS by Cirque du Soleil," where they discover they'll be a part of the performance later that night. But there's a catch: the number they'll perform is a duet, and Brad will need to decide which woman will stay and perform with him. The tension filled dinner does nothing to make Brad's decision any easier, as he sends one woman home in tears, on "The Bachelor," MONDAY, JANUARY 31 (8:00-10:01 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network. Ratings: The Cape Flies Low In First Outing

Ratings weren’t entirely super for NBC’s The Cape, which took flight on Sunday night with a two-hour premiere.

In the 9 o’clock hour, the costumed crimefighter drama placed fourth in both total viewers (8.49 million) and the demos, opposite heavy hitters Desperate Housewives and Undercover Boss. Come 10 pm — versus Brothers & Sisters and a CBS repeat — The Cape managed to top the demos (with a 2.6 rating).

The Cape claims its regular Mondays-at-9 slot starting January 17.

The Cape, NBC’s much anticipated new action-drama premiering this Sunday at 9/8c, tells the story of Vince Faraday (played by David Lyons), a lawman who, when framed for a series of crimes and then left for dead, decides to fight back and reclaim his life and family. To that end, he adopts the persona of his son Tripp’s favorite comic book hero.
