The Big C‘s fourth and final season has yet to secure a premiere date, but it has obtained a brand-new name.

Titled The Big C: hereafter, the four-episode event will conclude the story of Laura Linney’s cancer-battling Cathy and those who have stood by her side over the past three seasons.
