The Dancing on the Edge actress apologized backstage for taking so long to get to the stage after her name was read off -- "Sorry it took so long. I was in a daze" -- and had little recollection of what she said/didn't say in her prolonged speech. "I was certainly surprised [to win], and I was completely out of it [just beforehand], thinking, 'Where is my dinner?' I still hadn't gotten the dinner I was expecting."

It’s an honor to be nominated, sure, but wowza, is it fun — and occasionally disorienting — to win.
