For me nothing surpassed this from last night:

The Doctor: Well, that would explain the lack of humanity. What makes you so sure your life is worth more than those people out there on the ice? Is it the money? The accident of birth, that puts you inside the big, fancy house.

Sutcliffe: I help move this country forward. I move this Empire forward.

The Doctor: Human progress isn’t measured by industry. It’s measured by the value you place on a life. An unimportant life. A life without privilege. The boy who died on the river, that boy’s value is your value. That’s what defines an age, that’s… what defines a species.

Later Bill asks him if he is really 2000 years old. “I just wanted to know how long it takes before you can make a speech like the one you just made. It was worth the wait”.

Pancakes!!! I will never not love that scene.

How is nothing from Bates Motel on here?? “Well if you believe hard enough, then you can make it that way!” His delivery of that line was ridiculously good, and basically sums up his character. And Dylan’s whole speech about what he wants for Norman. Such a well written show.

While I totally dug the sexy pancakes scene, about time we saw some passion between these two… I think Snow had a better one “that ship has sailed & there’s a pirate on it, deal with it..”

You must really hate The Blacklist to skip over several wonderful (and series-explanatory) quotes from Susan Blommaert (Mr. Kaplan). The show won its time slot this week, as well. I often have a hard time understanding your rationale for “quotable.”
