Lyndsy Fonseca Syfy Pilot

Lyndsy Fonseca Lands a Lead in Syfy Pilot The Haunted

Nikita alum Lyndsy Fonseca has landed a lead in The Haunted, a new pilot set up at Syfy.

Per our sister site Deadline, the project follows four siblings who reunite following their parents’ deaths, and in turn must face literal ghosts from their past. Fonseca will play Juno, a “woman of science” whose perspective on the world is challenged by the ensuing supernatural events.

Elizabeth Cappuccino, who portrayed a young Jessica Jones on the Netflix series, will play another of the siblings, Hester.

In addition to he run as Nikita’s Alex, Fonseca’s previous TV credits include Marvel’s Agent CarterDesperate Housewives and How I Met Your Mother, plus episodes of Pitch and Grandfathered.

Comments are monitored, so don’t go off topic, don’t frakkin’ curse and don’t bore us with how much your coworker’s sister-in-law makes per hour. Talk smart about TV!

Sounds fun and like it has potential to me. Of course I would watch it just for Lyndsy. I’ve been a fan since Nikita.

  2. Jason says:

I’ll check it out because Lyndsy is in it. Syfy’s track record is spotty when it comes to sticking by shows but I’ll follow her anywhere. Especially since she’s the lead. She deserves something awesome.

Love Fonseca. Really want to see her back on TV; however, I’m so scared of ghost I’ll have to pass

  4. Zoe says:

Her true start was on The Young and the Restless. You could tell back then she would go far in her career. Wish her the best in new role. Magic shows are popular and hope this will work out .

Pass, sounds like a bit of a yawn.
