Gilmore Girls Premiere: The Stars of Stars Hollow Hit the Netflix Red Carpet

Hollywood is a long way from Stars Hollow. But where Gilmore Girls leads, we will follow.

The stars of Netflix’s Gilmore Girls revival, debuting next Friday, walked the red carpet — really, more of a gray carpet — in L.A.’s Westwood neighborhood on Friday night for the official premiere. The four new episodes (dubbed A Year in the Life) come nearly a decade after Gilmore Girls ended its original run on The CW in 2007, but the actors all look like they haven’t aged a day. (Must be all that coffee.)

In attendance were series stars Lauren Graham (Lorelai), Alexis Bledel (Rory), Kelly Bishop (Emily), Scott Patterson (Luke), Liza Weil (Paris), Matt Czuchry (Logan), David Sutcliffe (Christopher), Keiko Agena (Lane), Yanic Truesdale (Michel) and many more familiar faces from the Stars Hollow community.

Comments are monitored, so don’t go off topic, don’t frakkin’ curse and don’t bore us with how much your coworker’s sister-in-law makes per hour. Talk smart about TV!

I have no chill right now!!!
The next 7 days are going to be a little stressful cause me and my mum are cutting it close with our re watch.

  2. Lysh says:

I wonder if they planned on dressing in black together. I can personally vouch for coffee being the elixir of youth.

  3. Beth Spradlin says:

I think I am going to keep rereading Michael Ausiello’s recent review of Lauren Graham in Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life. I honestly felt as though I was being wrapped up in a soft blanket and being hugged when I read it.

  4. Patrick says:

That is an INCREDIBLY UNFORTUNATE picture of 3 gorgeous women. WOW.

  5. Eh says:

I wonder if they coordinated wearing black to mourn Edward Hermann?

  6. Jay says:

April! :S Was hoping she wouldn’t make it into this new series

Michael Ausiello – why weren’t you on the gray carpet? *and I don’t mean asking ?’s)

I’m just going to live and breath Gilmore Girls until the revival as our Thanksgiving was in October. I’m rewatching the series for the 3rd time and if necessary will start on a 4th time. I still lol numerous times during each episode. Still can’t believe that I knew nothing about this show until all the press about the revival!

To wait all these years for an ending that gave closure to eveything except what fans really cared about is such a disappointment and NOT true to the fans!
