Supergirl Meets Arrowverse in Four-Way Crossover Teaser — Watch

When it comes to The CW’s upcoming four-way crossover between Supergirl, The Flash, Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow, Felicity Smoak says it best in a new teaser promo: “Best. Team. Up. Ever.”

In the all-too-brief sneak peek, Barry introduces his Kryptonian pal to his other super friends Green Arrow, White Canary, Firestorm, the Atom and on and on. (Kara might need some time to learn all the new names.) Then the heroic antics begin as the gang is pitted against DC Comics’ Dominators, an alien race that previously vexed the Legion of Superheroes in the late 1980s DC crossover Invasion!.

The special event kicks off at the close of Supergirl‘s Nov. 28 episode, which ends with the Girl of Steel “going over to the crossover,” executive producer Marc Guggenheim previously clarified. “The story that’s being told has a beginning, middle and end: It’s a beginning in Flash, a middle in Arrow, and an end in Legends. But Supergirl is very much a part of the whole thing.”

And she certainly makes an impression in the above video. Press PLAY to watch, then hit the comments with your thoughts on the #FlarrowGirlofTomorrow action.

    Heroes v. Aliens?

    But Supergirl IS an alien.

  2. lisa says:

is she still going to be in a different universe/earth? I was hoping maybe flashpoint would somehow merge the worlds. But probably not. Also, I wouldn’t mind seeing some cross show hookups, like in the Chicago fire/med/PD stuff. That’d be fun.

    • FatherOctavian says:

At least as of now, they’ll be separate Earths. In keeping with the “Supergirl” tradition of telling one self-contained story in the body of the episode and then kicking off the next story in the stinger at the end of the episode, I believe the 11/28 episode of “Supergirl” will end with Barry and Cisco showing up on her Earth to request her help.

    • Geo says:

I have a feeling they’ll find a way before too long to merge the Supergirl/Arrow earths. These shows love the casual crossovers too much (and so do a lot of viewers, including me), that I bet they’ll make it a lot easier for Supergirl characters to pop up on the other shows and vice versa.

      • canadian ninja says:

I don’t think so. With Flash they’ve got a pretty straightforward way to crossover and I’m sure with a little science-tvwriting the LoT guys can figure it out.

  3. JC1 says:

I’m really looking forward to this. :)

  4. hi im new on here first

  5. I can’t wait to see Dig’s reaction

  6. Phun says:

Soooo looking forward to this EPIC crossover.

  7. Butch says:

So I guess Supergirl is the only person from her show that is going to be in the cross over unless she meets Earth 1 versions .If the EW cover story is a clue, I don’t think Joe and Wally from The Flash, Vixen and Citizen Steel from Legends, or Arrow’s new team are involved except perhaps on their own shows.

    • herman1959 says:

We could still see Supergirl working with Hank’s team to deal with the aliens because that’s what they do. Then she could be the go between with that team and the Arrowverse team.

    • Mary says:

She is meeting Earth one versions. It was established last year on The Flash that their Earth is Earth prime/1. So far Supergirl’s Earth has no number associated with it. Vixen and Citizen Steel are in a big group photo inside the issue of Entertainment Weekly, but yes most likely Joe is on involved in The Flash portion of the crossover. Wally, I’m less sure of. Guess it depends on if he is a speedster again after next week’s episode.

    • Shootingstar says:

If your look in the picture gallery, Stephen amell and David Harewood are in a picture together, so maybe Hank crosses over too.

  8. Joey Padron says:

Good teaser for crossover episodes. So excited to watch it in 3 weeks!

  9. acurat says:

Supergirl is added as an afterthought. Not in that it was not thought through, but that there is no way to get the cast from that show over to the crossover as it is already established that Flash and Arrow are in the same universe, and Legends started from that same universe. Only Supergirl’s history on another network keeps it separate. With Flashpoint they could have brought Supergirl into their world, but decided it was too easy.

  10. cool says:

In my opinion the merging of two earths has to make sense, I am glad they didn’t do it flashpoint, it’s already Established that the two earths are separate and it won’t make sense that flashpoint all over sudden affects supergirl’s earth.

  11. Thom says:

“Dominators, an alien race that previously vexed the Legion of Superheroes in the late 1980s DC crossover Invasion!”

No, the INVASION story from 1988 was not a Legion of Super-Heroes story. It was set in the 20th Century, not the 30th. However, the Dominators did make their first appearance in the LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES series.
