Supergirl Joins The CW's Superhero Fight Club — WATCH VIDEO

The CW’s Superhero Fight Club has a new member, and she couldn’t be more giddy to join the ranks.

Supergirl gets “kidnapped” by the heroes of Arrow, The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow in a new promo, featuring an upgraded training facility equipped for the Girl of Steel’s powers, with Team Tech (aka Cisco and Felicity) in the control room. Unlike the previous heroes vs. villains fight club video, there are no bad guys to be found this year — at least not in the teaser above.

On Thursday, it was revealed this fall’s four-way crossover between the super shows will pit the crew against DC Comics’ Dominators. Arrow and Legends EP Marc Guggenheim says he’s “taking inspiration from a DC crossover from the late 1980s known as Invasion!, which featured an alien race called the Dominators, who’d previously vexed the Legion of Superheroes.”

The CW superhero slate kicks off its new seasons starting Tuesday, Oct. 4 (with The Flash), followed by Arrow (Wednesday, Oct. 5), Supergirl (Monday, Oct. 10) and Legends of Tomorrow (Thursday, Oct. 13)

Press PLAY above for a sneak peek, then head to the CW app for the full video.

i hope there a second part of this cus i wanna see the fight

    • Wordsmith says:

(FYI, the banter is way better than the actual fight choreo, which has totally legit visual effects, but seems like it was envisioned and shot in a hurry.)

  2. Sarah says:

Aw comeon! The video is not even available for people from other countries. We watch the shows too!

  3. The Kaibosh says:

Looks fun and all but why isn’t Supergirl not just standing there and saying “when does it start” Nothing that this danger room is throwing at her should be able to faze her at all.

  4. Azerty says:

I thought it was a little bit cheesy but I can’t wait to see the cross over. Or the beginning of the season at least.

  5. Misti says:

Words cannot express how excited I am to see Kara interact with the other Heroes. :D

  6. Luli says:

This videoo is so exciting!!!!! I saw there was a longer version on youtube, but was quickly taken down for copyright issues…. So I hope they upload the full version.

  7. GraceM says:

I was kind of hoping to see Supergirl in action with the gang. Maybe another video to come?

  8. Joey Padron says:

I watched the longer version of it on The CW’s app, it was really good and badass. Some funny moments in the video. Excited to watch new seasons of all 4 shows in October!

  9. Wordsmith says:

Ah, so this must have been the origin of that instagram photo of everybody’s boots from a couple months back…

  10. Sue says:

I haven’t seen any videos or pictures with Caitlin. I hope she is still on The Flash!

  11. Phun says:

Saw the longer video! Awesome! I am hyped!

  12. brenna says:

    Love it!

  13. Karen MT says:

That looks like GlaDOS up in the ceiling. Running off to find the long version!

  14. Mo says:

Pros: Kara/Barry/Arrow interaction, Diggle’s reactions to MM & his Groddness.
    Cons: everything else.
First fight club remains classic while this is just basic.

  15. Rex the Wonder Dog says:

On the full video using the CW app it reveals the villain they are to fight.

  16. I saw the full fight club video on the CW app and if that’s any indication, I can’t wait for the crossover

  17. Steve F. says:

I liked the first Superhero Fight Club better, because that one felt like a, well, fight club! This one’s more like a Danger Room session (and was it me, or did that “Sphere of Fear” give off a GLADOS vibe?). However, Supergirl’s enthusiasm, Team Tech, and some very good usage of “Welcome to the Jungle” made this one still worth watching.

  18. Louise Frederick says:

Honest good fun but no where near as good as the first video.
