Quotes of the Week: Mistresses, Zoo, Atlanta, Beauty and the Beast and More

To paraphrase the late, great Frank Sinatra: “And now, the end is near, and so I face the final summer edition of Quotes of the Week.”

Indeed, the sleepiest months of television have come to an end, and we’ve got one last batch of summer TV dialogue before the fall deluge hits.

This time around, our gallery includes questionable life advice on Mistresses, the end of a professional era on Rizzoli & Isles, a puzzling goodbye on BrainDead and a double dose of Atlanta‘s series debut.

I loved it! The scene in the holding cell when that guy realises the truth about his ‘girlfriend’ almost killed me. Maybe I’m just easily amused, but it’s the best new show I have seen for a while.

Well reading Vince Korsak (Bruce McGill) signing off on R&I made me cry all over again. In my mind they’re still all together though.
