Ratings: Big Brother Ties Thursday High

CBS’ Big Brother this Thursday drew 6.1 million total viewers and a 1.9 rating, up 13 percent and a tenth week-to-week to veritably tie and outright match its Thursday highs for this cycle, and claim the nightly demo win.

Opening the Eye’s night, a Big Bang rerun drew Thursday’s largest audience: 7.5 million.

Over on NBC, NFL preseason football delivered 5.6 mil and a 1.6.

Elsewhere, ABC’s BattleBots (3.5 mil/0.8) ticked up, while The CW’s Beauty and the Beast (710K/0.2) added some eyeballs while once again clutching onto its series-low rating.

    That picture is a spoiler!

I was appalled at those three girls last night, They were so catty it was embarrassing. Victor deserves to win BB, without a doubt.

    • Katydyd says:

If you were appalled you clearly haven’t watched the feeds. Paulie deserved every bit of what he got…..and then some!

      • wrstlgirl says:

I watch the feeds and I still think the way they acted was horrible. Deserved or not the only one who had any right to get all up in Paulie’s business was Z. Bridgette and Day were just being catty and spiteful. Paulie didn’t do anything personal to them, they took what he said/did personally, there’s a difference. They should have rose above all that and taken the high road but instead acted like mean girls in high school. And Bridge seems to think that SHE was the one who exposed Paulie’s game, I think Natalie and Michelle might have something to say about that. When she accused Paulie of being an ego maniac we cracked up laughing. Um, Hello Pot, meet Kettle. And then after all that back talk and caterwauling, Z and Day jumped out of the battle back competition. What a joke.

Paulie was no saint in the situation. His comments were unnecessary and disgusting. He still was being a butt hole, so I can’t feel bad for him. If he can’t take the heat, he needs to shut up. You can’t be rude to people and expect them to just take it. I actually enjoyed the jury house and am glad that the girls gave him a piece of their mind. Funny how you say nothing about Paulie’s behavior, but go after the girls.

      • wrstlgirl says:

Nothing funny about it. Paulie is a ********* (insert your own adjective here). I don’t feel bad for him at all. All I’m saying is they stooped to his level and I wish they hadn’t. But lets face it, not one of them has any right to judge the other. Their all hateful.

        • SuperChic says:

Goodness gracious, you sound like Paulie. Talk about not taking a stand for women! Paulie was both disturbing and disgusting in continued aggressiveness. Glad he won’t be in the finale.

          • wrstlgirl says:

Hahaha, you’re just upset because I’m not having a fit over his behavior. Sorry, he’s not worth my time. And I hate to burst your bubble but he definitely will be in the finale’. He is in the jury house after all.

The TV show hide all references to Z’s crazy jealous in the house over Paulie. Paulie is still a D-bag.

      • wrstlgirl says:

        Yes, he is, LMAO!!!

      • erik says:

MEANT TO SAY. The TV show (rather than the live feeds, which I don’t watch) hid all signs of Zakiyah’s crazy, stalker, jealous behavior toward Paulie whenever he even looked at another girl. BUT that being said Paulie was a D-bag and treated her like crap, playing with her emotions for no good reason it seemed.

I’d watch a show where Paulie’s exes all gang up on him and give him a reality check!

For someone who was shown always on BB saying to leave the emotion out and how everything is a game…he was the biggest wimp ever after getting nominated! It was great watching the gals all gang up on him, when he tried his ‘amped up’ persona on them waking in.

I’m guessing Paulie’s the kind of guy who’s coasted on his charm and former ‘professional’ athletic ability. His 30’s and onwards are going to be rough for someone who hasn’t learned to treat a lady with respect.

MICHELLE IS THE WORST PERSON EVER. SHE IS SO BITTER AND HATES OTHER WOMEN WITH A PASSION.

    • SuperChic says:

Um, that would be Nicole. Nicole has spent her entire summer with Cory and not bothering to be involved with the other women on the show. As she referenced, she only has two female friends and her mother. Nicole was one of the most bitter women on the show this season. She accepted the word of every man on the show when it came to the comments from the girls. Rarely did she ever sit and have a conversation when them,

Loved watching Paulie in those shorts! (And liked the shots of him leaning against the counter in in the kitchen the jeans.) There’s a NSFW pic “allegedly” of him on the interweb that shows what’s under those shorts with the caption. It’s worth a look.

    • erik says:

Probably why he wore them to get attention and take the heat off the other stuff and back onto him physically.

His game face is so priceless. I think his head will explode if he loses.
