Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg's Dinner Party Ordered to Series at VH1

No, you read that right.

Lifestyle expert Martha Stewart and hip hop artist Snoop Dogg are hoping to leave you on a #PeakTV high with each episode of their forthcoming VH1 reality show Martha & Snoop’s Dinner Party.

The unlikely duo, who were recently paired on ABC’s $100,000 Pyramid reboot, will once again partner up to showcase weekly meals with fellow celebrity acquaintances. Per VH1, each installment will present a “half-baked evening of cocktails, cooking, conversation, and fun where nothing is off limits,” while Stewart adds that it will “exemplify America’s fascination with food, entertaining and celebrity.”

“We’re thrilled to partner with Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg, two of pop culture’s biggest icons,” said VH1 and Logo President Chris McCarthy in a statement. “Good parties are filled with fun, food and unexpected guests. Wait till you see what happens… it will be unforgettable.”

Martha & Snoop’s Dinner Party is set to set VH1’s schedule ablaze this fall. Will you be tuning in?

Off point but I wish PBS or whomever would recycle Steve Allen’s Meeting of the Minds. I’ve wanted to get the original on VHS or DVD for years but have never found it.
