James Corden Does a Bang-Up Job as Matt Damon's Bourne Double — WATCH

Matt Damon sure knows how to make an enemy out of late-night talk show hosts.

Jimmy Kimmel’s nemesis called on his “lookalike” James Corden to serve as his Jason Bourne stunt double, nearly killing the Late Late Show emcee in the process. Of course, that was all part of Damon’s plan to avoid appearing as a guest on Corden’s program, allowing the CBS personality to endure a punch to the face, a broken neck and a dislocated [spoiler] that he didn’t even know was possible.

Funny…and thanks for putting it on TVLine. Hey, what happened to his show’s monologue? It’s disappeared, and that was fantastic, like with Leno (and the only part we ended up watching). The husband says, “Say it, and let him know. That was the only part I watched.” IMHO, he should have a solid, nightly monologue lead in. He has the rare talent for it, and for some people that was the best part of a late night show (talking millions of some, here).

As Jimmy Kimmel would say – apologies to Matt Damon we’re running out of time.
