Will Smith Makes Epic Tonight Show Entrance — Watch Video

The Fresh Prince sure knows how to stir up an audience!

Suicide Squad star Will Smith arrived for his interview on The Tonight Show Thursday, but wasn’t quite pleased with his entrance. Soon enough, the two-time Oscar nominee wandered backstage to give it another try, but still wasn’t satisfied after coming out in a giant plastic bubble.

After another go featuring a Soul Train-inspired dance number, the actor finally galloped out on a unicorn accompanied by a gospel choir and Hashtag the Panda. To quote Jimmy Fallon, it was “So good! So good!”

Which of Will Smith’s extravagant Tonight Show entrances was your fave? Relive them all in the video above, then weigh in below.

    This asshole

  2. flowerduh says:

As usual Will Smith went overboard. I get the joke but c’mon this was WAAAY too much!

    • Amy says:

Jimmy Fallon is the one who decides if things like this will happen on HIS SHOW, not Will Smith. This has Fallon written all over it….

      • flowerduh says:

Okay, I’ll concede to the fact that it’s Fallon’s and he decides what will go on his show.

But if you’ve ever seen Will Smith on anybody’s else’s show…hell on the Fresh of Bel-Air he always seemed to go overboard. He always takes the joke a little too far. Personally, I like him when he’s in a rom-com or a dramatic role.

  3. Prometheus says:

Maybe it’s me, but that wasn’t funny or cool. Seems to me the other guests could probably be a little irritated that he basically wasted a whole segment with multiple introductions … and he’s still going to get his time in the chair, because he’s Will Smith … which means shorter and maybe even canceled segments with the other guests.

If he had just done one extra intro with the dancers, that would have been plenty.

    • Carole Lee says:

How dumb are you? You really think that was all Will Smith’s idea? Fallon always goes overboard on his show for the big stars, hell everytime Justin Timberlake comes on the they spend have the segment doing that same tired out rap skit. Guarantee this was Fallon’s idea not Smith’s. Will Smith has been travelling all over promoting SS, I highly doubt he had anytime time to plan out his, “entrance on the Tonight show”. Come on, get real.

    • Anna says:

Did you really think this wasn’t scripted? He rode a freaking horse onto the set – there is no way this wasn’t 100% planned. I guarantee you that they didn’t have to shorten or cancel any other segments.

  4. Daisy says:

    That was awesome. Love him.

  5. Ninamags says:

I’m loathe to go see Suicide Squad mostly because of him but at the same time, I really, really want to go see this movie.

  6. Cynthia Smith says:

can somebody say HAAAAMMMMM!!! nah, i like will smith, but that was a little overdone!!!

  7. Incredulous says:

Do you all really think this all came from Will Smith and not Jimmy Fallon or the writers of the Tonight Show?

  8. pickles says:

If black celebrities didn’t have white fans they would have no fans. Look at those fools in the audience .

  9. Brandi says:

That was over the top, but it was worth it to see him dance and sitting on a unicorn.
