The Big 3’s coverage of Donald Trump‘s nomination acceptance speech at the Republican National Convention totaled 12.3 million total viewers and a cumulative 2.6 demo rating (per finals), up 23 percent from Night 3.
Versus Mitt Romney’s closing night speech in 2012, the RNC’s broadcast numbers were up sharply, though CBS aired Big Brother that evening instead.

FOX | Bones (3.7 mil/0.8) dipped 14 percent and a tenth with its Season 11 finale; Home Free (1.6 mil/0.4) ticked down to season lows.
CBS | Big Brother (5.7 mil/1.7) slipped to a Thursday low for this cycle.
THE CW | Beauty and the Beast (730K/0.2) was flat.
ABC | BattleBots (3.1 mil/0.7) and Greatest Hits (2.9 mil/0.7) each dropped two tenths.
NBC | The Spartan finale (3.3 mil/0.9) was down a tenth.
