Bones Sneak Peek: Is Parker Hiding Something from Booth?

Bones fans, we need to talk about Parker, because there’s something off about Booth’s son.

The youngster (played by The Fosters‘ Gavin MacIntosh) resurfaces via video chat in this exclusive video from Thursday’s episode (Fox, 8/7c), but he doesn’t seem all that excited when his dad mentions their upcoming summer camping trip. (Maybe someone doesn’t want to spend his vacation roughing it?) Then their conversation comes to an abrupt end as Parker explains that his ride to school has arrived early. Hmm, suspect.

Elsewhere in the hour, the team investigates the death of a male acapella group’s leader — cue the reveal of Aubrey’s own singing past! — while Hodgins applies for an experimental nerve regeneration study.

Press PLAY above to watch the sneak peek, then hit the comments with your thoughts on Parker’s lack of enthusiasm.

Comments are monitored, so don’t go off topic, don’t frakkin’ curse and don’t bore us with how much your coworker’s sister-in-law makes per hour. Talk smart about TV!

    Looks good, I’m intrigued.

  2. heather says:

Yeah Parker!!! This does sound intriguing, looking foward to it :-)

  3. I’m honestly still bummed they changed the boy who played Parker. I don’t feel this new kid :/

  4. Andrew Hass says:

I do wonder if something is going on with Parker but he’s afraid to tell his dad for some reason.Plus i do wonder if the show is going to be using Parker more because they got a new actor to play him and maybe the other kid wasn’t available as much.

Always nice to see Parker but I wouldn’t put too much into what is up with him. Its nice that Bones this year has acknowledged him more. And of course Booth and Brennan scenes are always good, Brennan needling him about eating late. Cannot wait till Thursday!!!

  6. It’s probably something as simple as Parker has a girlfriend (or boyfriend) and doesn’t want to leave her/him over the summer.

    • Jen says:

Yes, that was my thought. Parker doesn’t want to leave England for the trip, so maybe Booth and Brennan decide to visit him there instead. Although I would love it if Parker decided to come and live with B&B, I doubt if they are going to do something like that this late in the game.

That was my first thought, too.

  7. Amy says:

But what happened to Booth and Brennan’s 2nd baby? Have I not been paying close attention or does their son not really exist any more?

  8. arial2 says:

Maybe Parker’s got a girlfriend. He’s not a little kid anymore.

  9. What many find out is that there are lots of different ways
to do things, but that there is a list of basic ingredients that together make a comfortable, functional shelter
to house their chooks. If you live in an urban area and you are allowed
to have chickens, there is no doubt some
rules you. Not only were my chickens less happy and healthy, but the eggs
were always soiled and needed cleaning.

  10. Just like humans, they also need to have their own house.
A home where they can retreat and feel secure is just as important.
Ventilation- there must be adequate ventilation to
allow dissipation of the moisture from the chickens’ breath.

  11. Heather says:

I wonder if Parker is considering becoming a Brit and maybe joining their army, that would definitely be an issue of contingency for Booth.

Sorry, stopped watching this show two years ago. FBI guy is a neanderthal….shotgun accusations, just accuse everybody, treat them like crap, never the perp, blah, blah, blah.
