Blindspot Episode 12

Blindspot Video: Patterson Receives Harsh Words of Wisdom From Mayfair

There’s no denying that Blindspot‘s Jane Doe has been through the wringer as of late — but it seems we should be more concerned about Agent Patterson’s mental state.

TVLine has an exclusive sneak peek at Monday’s episode (NBC, 10/9c), which finds the FBI team searching for a veteran who goes on a shooting rampage at a military base.

But when Assistant Director Mayfair has a moment alone with Patterson, she urges the agent to take a leave of absence and cope with her boyfriend’s death properly — something that workaholic Patterson isn’t willing to consider.

I adore Patterson. Glad they made her smart, strong, competent and not overly (Garcia like) quirky. I know some of the storyline gets far fetched but still loving Blindspot.

  2. PriceIsRightCancelled says:

Patterson may very well be a fan favorite of the series. She’s like a mix of Chloe O’Brian from 24 and Abby from NCIS.

  3. Kiane says:

I have to agree with how the writer’s wrote that scene. When my mom passed away, I was forced to be strong for my brother and sister and wasn’t able to mourn the death of my mom until some time afterwards. When it hit me, it hit me like a brick wall and I had to overcome the depression that followed after.

  4. HAP says:

Patterson = Chrissy Seaver from Growing Pains. She has also won two BAFTA awards.

I find Patterson both anoying and compelling. The series as a whole, is as outstanding as it is outlandish. It is must see tv.
