Zac Efron Plays High School Musical Coach in Late Late Show Video — Watch

Regardless of who you rooted for during the actual Super Bowl, we all bled Wildcat red during The Late Late Show‘s post-game special on Sunday.

James Corden enlisted Zac Efron, Anna Kendrick and Adam DeVine to recreate a whole mess of classic sports movie scenes, but there was a bit of a mix-up when it came time to perform a speech from the basketball flick Hoosiers.

“Let’s go Wildcats!” Efron exclaimed at the 2:25 mark, his pointer finger raised majestically into the air. Sadly, Corden put a stop to his little High School Musical revival, but it was nice while it lasted.

Efron’s HSM co-stars recently reunited for the Disney Channel original movie’s 10th anniversary. Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Lucas Grabeel, Corbin Bleu and Monique Coleman reunited in a makeshift East High gym for a jaunt down memory lane. In addition to being there in spirit, Efron also sent along a video message for his fans.

James Corden’s show was 1000 times better than Colbert’s misfire.
