You, Me and the Apocalypse Video: Megan Mullally, Jenna Fischer Make Their Prison Break

“I’m injured, you’re useless. We need each other.”

That’s maybe not the most emotionally compelling enticement to team up with another human being, but for You, Me and the Apocalypse‘s Rhonda (The Office‘s Jenna Fischer), it may have to be enough.

Indeed, as a comet careens toward a doomsday collision with Planet Earth, falsely imprisoned Rhonda realizes she may not have the street smarts to make it to her destination all by herself.

That’s where her white-supremacist prison pal Leanne (Will & Grace‘s Megan Mullally) comes in — promising visions of Driving Miss Daisy… although not quite exactly.

You, Me and the Apocalypse premieres Thurs., Jan 28 at 8/7c on NBC.

Might want to update the article to say it airs on NBC. Only figured that out because of the caption on the picture and the tags…. but it could easily read: “You, Me and the Apocalypse premieres Thurs., Jan 28 at 8/7c on NBC.”

  2. Susan says:

It’s a great series with an amazing cast but not an out and out comedy – it gets really dark at times but has some great twists and turns. Of course it’s been tamed down for NBC unfortunately.

  3. Nikki Adlington says:

This show is amazing and I’d recommend it to everyone! Megan Mullally is the best in it, so funny! Hopefully it’s not watered down too much for USA.

  4. Ashley says:

How did I not know about this? Definitely sounds worth checking out based on the cast alone.

    Loveit! Love these two!

  6. Stanislava says:

    This series is briliant!

  7. Carol C says:

Wow, if I hadn’t seen the name, Megan Mullally, I never would have known by her face.

Where are the closed captions? Hearing impaired people want to watch too
