The Grinder Maya Rudolph

The Grinder Invites Maya Rudolph to Get Inside Dean and Stewart's Heads

The Grinder is finally bringing in a professional to sort out the Sanderson brothers’ issues. (This could take a while, folks.)

TVLine has learned that Saturday Night Live legend Maya Rudolph will play Stewart’s therapist Jillian, who also counts Dean among her clients after a referral from his brother. Stewart has apparently been relying on Jillian’s services ever since his hot-shot bro came to town, and Stewart is convinced she’s the only person who can “help bring him down to earth a little.”

Rudolph will appear in several episodes of the Fox comedy, which returns with new episodes on Tuesday, Jan. 5 at 9:30/8:30c. Her character will first show up sometime in February.

Grinder Nation, what are your thoughts on Rudolph’s casting? Drop ’em in a comment below.
