Ratings: Amazing Race Steady While Santa Claus Tops Quiet Friday

ABC’s broadcast of Santa Claus Is Comin’ Town drew 4.5 million total viewers and a 1.1 rating, tying 20/20 (4.7 mil/1.1) for the nightly demo win on this quiet, post-Thanksgiving Friday.

CBS’ Blue Bloods rerun easily drew the night’s largest audience, with 7.5 million viewers.

Opening CBS’ night, a fresh Amazing Race did 5.5 mil and a 1.0, dipping 8 percent in audience while steady in the demo.

Fox’s MasterChef Junior (3.2 mil/0.9) slipped 16 percent and two tenths, while World’s Funniest (1.8 mil/0.6) was down 18 percent and one tenth.

    Wonder how ZNation is doing in the Syfy ratings. I hope they’re good enough to get another season cause this show is so different. It maintains a good balance between the scary stuff and the funny stuff.

      I think Z Nation did get renewed. My husband and I like it. It does have some comedy in it. Loved the cheese wheel going down the road with zombies.
