Reign Sneak Peek: Nostradamus Shares a New Vision of Francis' Death

French Court’s favorite hipster soothsayer returns to Reign this Friday (The CW, 8/7c), and he’s got some bad news for Toby Regbo’s ailing monarch.

In TVLine’s exclusive sneak peek, Nostradamus reunites with his old frenemy Catherine with word of, arguably, his most troubling vision yet — and as longtime viewers know, there have been many.

“There is a glade — a spring day, and yet, snow at the base of a tree,” he begins. “On closer reflection, the white is from fallen petals… and then there is blood.”

In other words, Francis + tree = death. Got it?

  1. Yeah, yeah, yeah….Francis…death….visions…..

But what about the important question? Does Nostradamus’ return mean we can go back to the far superior intro with his narration?

  2. Jeri says:

Francis died, but he came back from it. So I think that fulfills the statement that he dies for real (he did). Don’t know though, they could have him die again.

  3. Eva says:

Francis died, Nostadamos does not stay at court, he tels Catherine she will only succeed with the help Mary being regent.
