Back to the Future's Marty and Doc Visit the Real 2015 on Kimmel (Video)

Jimmy Kimmel dropped some heavy truths about 2015 on Marty McFly and Doc Brown, as Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd reprised their Back to the Future roles on Wednesday’s Jimmy Kimmel Live.

On the occasion of “Back to the Future Day” — mayyyyybe you heard a thing or two about on the Internet? — Fox and Lloyd grabbed their life preserver and jumpsuit and time-traveled to the ABC talker, where Kimmel quickly corrected any misconceptions about flying cars and instead invited them to marvel at the notions of donut/croissant hybrids, selfies and watching TV on your phone while plopped on the toilet.

Is it just me or was this awkward to watch?

    I loved it!

(The Trump joke was the best part.)

They’re obviously a lot older now, and Lloyd isn’t as sharp or quick as he used to be, but it was still pretty awesome to see them in the costumes again.

Although I do think the College Humor cartoon from earlier in the week did the same idea a lot better, with Doc telling Marty all about the real 2015.
