Inside Amy Schumer Wins Emmy: 'This Show Fights for What We Believe in'

Olive Kitteridge might have been the luckiest lady at the 2015 Emmy Awards, but Amy Schumer wasn’t far behind.

Comedy Central’s Inside Amy Schumer snagged the Emmy for Outstanding Variety Sketch Series, besting heavy hitters like Drunk History, Key & Peele, Portlandia and Saturday Night Live.

“Man, we all had to get Final Draft once they picked up our show; we didn’t own it!” Schumer joked through tears. “We care so much about this show. … This show fights for what we believe in. Thanks everybody who has helped me, the girl who gave me this sort of smokey eye. I really love it.”

I look at that photo of Amy and the song “It’s Raining On Prom Night” from Grease is playing in my head. She looks awful.

There aren’t many people in Hollywood these days who are more annoying than Amy

Watch her episode “12 angry men” best 22 minutes of TV in years.
