Vice President Joe Biden to Appear on Stephen Colbert's Late Show

VPOTUS is coming to LSSC.

Vice President Joe Biden will appear on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert on Sept. 10, along with previously announced guests Uber CEO Travis Kalanick and country singer Toby Keith.

Colbert broke the news on Twitter Tuesday, leading some — including CNN correspondent Brian Stelter — to wonder if Biden might be announcing a 2016 presidential bid on the show.

As previously announced, Colbert’s first week (which kicks off Tuesday, Sept. 8) will also welcome George Clooney, Jeb Bush, Scarlett Johansson, Elon Musk, Kendrick Lamar, Amy Schumer, Stephen King, Troubled Waters and Late Show bandleader Jon Batiste with Stay Human.

I’d be all for Joe Biden jumping into the race. All he’ll do is pull votes away from Clinton hopefully ensuring that Sanders gets the nomination and eventually the general election win.
