Zoo Ratings

Ratings: Zoo Ticks Up, Talent Slips

CBS’ Zoo this Tuesday delivered 6.3 million total viewers and a 1.1 demo rating, up 7 percent and a tenth from last week’s series lows, and all whilst depriving me of a single Tippi Hedren reference.

Over on NBC, America’s Got Talent (10.2 mil/2.1) and a reportedly lopsided Hollywood Game Night match-up (4.4 mil/1.1) each slipped two tenths in the demo.

Fox’s 5th Grader (2.4 mil/0.5) and ABC’s Extreme Weight Loss (2.3 mil/0.6) each dipped a tenth.

Good to see Zoo bounce back after what went down last week. Could this be a sign for “renewal”? CBS better make a decision sooner rather than later.

Yep, Zoo was all kinds of Alfred Hitchcock last night (in a good way). Matt, do we know the date of the season (hopefully not series) finale?

Zoo is a something good enough for the summer, but it’s gotten to the point that I fast-forward through the slow parts of the episode, and they are getting more and more each week. I would be OK if it just ended in one season, as long as the creators know it with enough time to wrap up the story.

When Triple Threat lost to Piff, I tuned out AGT!
