Ratings: Zoo Ties High, Talent and Knock Knock Live Dip

CBS’ increasingly batty Zoo this Tuesday drew 7.1 million total viewers and a 1.2 rating, up 6 percent and two tenths and tying its season high in the demo.

NBC | America’s Got Talent (10.2 mil/2.1) slipped two tenths, tying a season low, while Hollywood Game Night (4.7 mil/1.3) was steady.

FOX | 5th Grader (2.4 mil/0.6) returned steady, but Knock Knock Live (1.6 mil/0.5) dipped a tenth from its already anemic premiere.

ABC | Extreme Weight Loss (2.3 mil/0.7) gained a tenth.

I hope so, too. I love Zoo. It’s exciting and the hour goes by entirely too fast. Love the cast and the writing is excellent. It deserves a second season.

I like Zoo I hope it will have a 2nd season. Shows like these where the animals and insects are the main stars of the show are hardly seen on TV lately. Also this can be related a bit to what the human being is facing at this very moment around the world, animals trying to stand up finally for all the bad things us human beings have done to them for centuries, is a good story and in fact we can learn from them a bit and also we can learn that part of animal behavior could have to do with Global warming, and all the bad things that are taking place at this moment on the planet earth.

The numbers for Zoo don’t surprise me, it’s well written and paced. I look forward to it every week and I can’t say that for many shows. It’s all in the writing.

How is my new fave Stitchers doing? You never talk about it.

Really enjoying Zoo…the acting, the writing, the pacing, the twists and turns, and also the cuteness that is James Wolk.
