All this week, TVLine is presenting you with the grids for each night’s fall line-up, including Big 5 fare and the likely cable competition. (Click for Monday and Tuesday polls.) You then vote for what you plan to watch “live” during each time slot.

(If you are forever hung up on my use of the word “live,” I invite/implore you to instead vote for your “Top Priority” in each time slot. Semantics solved!)
TV Calendar Fall 2015NOTES ABOUT THE WEDNESDAY GRID: This represents face-offs taking place for at least six weeks of the fall TV season. Details on new shows (listed in RED) can be found at these links: American Horror Story: Hotel, Code Black, Rosewood.

  1. Kate says:

Wednesday night is usually my night I start with whatever I recorded and didn’t watch on Tuesday (it used to be Supernatural, and will be again when the 100 returns) which probably is iZombie at like 7:45. Immediately after, I start watching my recording of Arrow (its usually about 8:38 at that point) and then stay on Wednesday night TV (Supernatural and AHS). I don’t know much about this Rosewood show.

  2. Mr. Tran K says:

Arrow and Empire are on my Wednesday night watch list.

  3. Rachel says:

Wednesday’s pretty bare for me. Arrow and maybe check out Code Black.

  4. Pete says:

We quit watching Arrow because of the constant flipping back & forth. got to be kinda blah.

  5. Connor says:

Wednesday is my favorite TV day after Sunday

    The Middle
    Modern Family
Hopefully will catch up on Arrow in time to watch week by week next season

  6. Missy Kelly says:

8PM recording Arrow, Laura, Rosewood (all 3 are better w/o ads) Laura is actually better than ratings prove and I understand they are making it the ensemble piece it should have been from the start so I am excited about that development. Rosewood looks fun and let’s face it, Empire is just great!

  7. wrstlgirl says:

I’m not sure how other people do it but I always DVR my favorite shows to watch later and watch my not so fav ones live. Seems backwards I know but sometimes if an episode is really good I’ll watch it again before I delete it from the DVR.

  8. Marie says:

Arrow and Supernatural for be but yikes Supernatural is in for a tough ride up against Empire

  9. Simon Jester says:

Looks like Wednesday will be a good night to catch up on whatever I DVRed Monday & Tuesday.

  10. Nick says:

My DVR is going overtime on Wednesday.
Watch Middle, Goldbergs & Empire live. Record Arrow, Modern Family, Blackish, & AHS

  11. JC1 says:

Arrow at 8:00, mainly just to see how they set up the Legends of Tomorrow spinoff (Sara!!! Can’t wait!!). Unless it improves significantly over last season however, I will probably drop it once LoT starts at midseason.
I might possibly check out Rosewood – I like the lead actor – but it’s not high on my priority list.

  12. Lauren says:

My husband and I can usually agree on the ABC comedies. Especially the Goldbergs and black-ish. I would really like to watch Nashville live and he would really like to watch some show about people living unreasonably bare lives in Alaska. So we will probably watch House Hunters at 10.

    • Ally Oop says:

Lol, sounds like my household. I love shows like Nashville and Grey’s and all he wants is to tune into shows like Gold Rush Alska, Mountain Men, Yukon Men, etc. We usually end up watching a comedy like Goldbergs or Big Bang Theory as a compromise.

  13. iHeart says:

Just Nashville, depending on what happens in the season premiere

  14. brandydanforth81 says:

Nashville & dvr catchup before that

  15. thisismenow says:

ABC’s Comedies, Laura and American Horror Story. Woo hoo! Tuesday at 10 PM remains my only dilemma still! Watching ABC Comedies and AHS live.

  16. spindae2 says:

Fingers crossed CB will do fine at 10pm.
Nice to see Arrow leading these polls hope the ratings will raise.

  17. HeatherC says:

The Goldbergs, SVU, and Chicago PD are the only things I watch on Wednesday nights. =)

  18. Kris says:

I’ll watch the abc comedies live and tape nashville and empire..

  19. Nick says:

Wednesday nights are always CW nights for me.

  20. webly3 says:

ABC comedies live. Then AHS: Hotel.

    DVR: Arrow, Survivor, Empire

  21. Miranda says:

To be honest I don’t watch anything live. Who has the time?

  22. Dude says:

Arrow, Empire and AHS. I usually DVR Chicago PD and fastforward to watch all the Sophia Bush scenes.

  23. herman1959 says:

    Arrow live
    blackish on hulu
If Arrow could do as well in real ratings as it did here CW would be VERY happy.

  24. Dean says:

Live Arrow, Criminal Minds, Chicago PD.

  25. N says:

    The Middle

  26. 8-10 ABC’s comedy lineup, nothing after that..

  27. chuckiechk says:

Arrow, Criminal Minds, and Code Black

  28. James D says:

Wednesday is sort of weak sauce for me after the modern Family nothing really interests me. hopefully mid season will be better as of now its Arrow at 8 MF at 9

  29. Maryann says:

At this point it would make more sense to vote for most anticipated new shows on each network; I am just not sure how relevant this type of choice set is any more.

  30. Maryann says:

I would appreciate some feedback as to how CW can do so well on this type of poll but not in the Nielsens.

    • A Cleaves says:

People who watch the CW shows tend to vote online, know you can vote more than once, and tend to vote more than once. In other words, the pool is just for fun and really doesn’t mean anything more than that.

    • suzyque says:

I think it’s one of those shows that does well online and on social media (it often trends on Twitter) but it doesn’t translate into huge ratings. Still, it does great by CW standards. (It was their 2nd highest rated show behind the Flash and despite being its weakest, last season was its highest rated ever.)

  31. Joey Padron says:

Arrow and this season of American Horror Story since Matt Bomer is in it.

  32. Ash says:

Arrow at 8, Empire at 9 while dvring Criminal Minds and SVU, Nashville live at 10 while dvring AHS and Chicago P.D damn that’s a full schedule

  33. I don’t watch anything “live” on network TV with the exception of an occasional sporting event. If I did, it would be Arrow, Empire and Nashville.

  34. Brigid says:

Wednesday has great drama and the BEST comedies on TV. I DVR all of them but save the comedies for a boring night of tv.

Watch: Arrow / DVR: The Middle & The Goldbergs
Watch: Supernatural / DVR: Modern Family & Blackish
    Watch: Nashville

  35. AtlLady says:

The only thing these daily polls are proving is just how little network TV that I watch any more and how little the new shows are appealing to me. I guess I am now officially old.

  36. Robby says:

Hard decisions, either Goddess Mariska or Two Brothers, The King of Hell and a Fallen Angel walk into a bar.

  37. Kim (@AD76) says:

I thought The Originals was going to be on after Arrow in the fall.

  38. Meh says:

It doesn’t make sense to me why they call AHS a “new” show every season, just because they give it a new subtitle. It has a somewhat established cast (just like most shows) and will have a somewhat established fanbase (just like most shows). It’s not new at all.

  39. Sheldon W. says:

    8:00 – Arrow
    Timeshift/record: Rosewood

    9:00 – Supernatural
    Timeshift/record: Empire

10:00 – American Horror Story: Hotel

  40. Jared says:

  41. meatwad says:

Arrow, Empire, Nashville. Will give Rosewood a look or two though

  42. Terry says:

Wednesday my favorite day. 9:00 pm is Criminal Minds & 10:00 pm is Nashville. Will not veer from this.

  43. kenny says:

This was waaaaaaay to difficult. How dare you make me choose between Cookie Lyon & Olivia Benson!

  44. Ally Oop says:

Wednesdays is a great night of tv, actually the best. Nashville is now my favourite network show so I’ll definitely be retuning into that. Same goes for Empire which is also a Top 10 show for me. I’ll also watch Arrow and The Goldbergs. New shows Code Black and The Romeo Section (a Canadian drama) also look to be great.

  45. jerkseverywhere says:

Empire (the only fox show I will ever watch) and AHS I will record Nashville for later.

  46. new york says:

Definitely will be watching Empire and Nashville live.

  47. JoAnn says:

The Middle, Modern Family and my favorite, Nashville!

  48. Alicia says:

All about Nashville for me just sucks it’s up against 2 new shows hope the fans stay true

  49. Joyce Smith says:

I do have DVR so I will watch Middle and Modern Family later and Empire in demand the next day

  50. lisa says:

MYSTERIES OF LAURA N SVU can’t wait!!!!!
