Game of Thrones Parody Introduces the Real Housewives of Westeros — Watch

Save for a few potential quips from Tyrion, Sunday’s Game of Thrones season finale (HBO, 9/8c) promises to be largely unfunny, so let’s all have one last laugh today for the old gods’ sakes, shall we?

The folks at Dirty Cues, known throughout the Seven Kingdoms YouTube for their pop-culture parodies have struck again with The Real Housewives of Westeros, a perfect marriage of the HBO drama and the Braavos Bravo franchise. (And we all know how rare perfect marriages are in either of those worlds.)

Internet parodies are a dime a dozen these days, so when someone manages to produce one of this quality, it begs to be highlighted. From Margaery’s half-face squint to Melisandre’s “holla!” — a tagline made infamous by New York housewife Heather Thomson — it’s all just wonderful.

Hit PLAY on the video — which is slightly NSFW, though significantly less so than an episode of Thrones — then drop a comment with your review below.

Stannis correcting Melisandre’s grammar was the highlight of the video for me.

Definiteyl the best part. None of the girls really captured their characters. Save for maybe Margaery. I did like Cersei’s aside about Daenerys though.

Yes definitely the best part. His face while he said it was also perfect.

The best part was Daenerys gently sweeping a body under the bushes. <3

Meh. It started off promisingly though.
The actress who plays Margaery is SPOT ON!
