Bones: Linda Lavin to Help Booth and Brennan Save an Innocent Killer

Bones Linda Lavin

Booth and Brennan’s latest case calls upon a little help from… a sassy diner waitress?

Bones has tapped veteran actress Linda Lavin — known for playing the title role in the ’70s sitcom Alice and last seen as Cary’s pre-trial service officer on The Good Wife — to guest-star as a criminal courts judge, TVLine has learned exclusively.

Lavin appears in the episode “The Verdict in the Victims,” in which her character is approached by Booth and Brennan to stop the imminent execution of a condemned killer they believe is innocent.

Lavin recently starred in NBC’s short-lived comedy Sean Saves the World. She has also guested on The O.C. and The Sopranos.

Bones returns with new episodes on Thursday, March 26, at 8/7c.

Hopefully Lavin can be in enough things to get the awful memory of that mess she did with Sean Hayes out of my mind.

Its never a good idea to hire actresses with zero facial expression. Too much botox . It’ll be difficult to read her.

That sounds good, I’ll give anything to see B & B out solving cases TOGETHER again and not stuck in the Mighty Hut cooking

  5. Ally says:

Ahh, Nana Cohen on Bones nice

  6. kmw says:

Sounds good I cannot wait for them to be back. I do not mind them in their home, what I do mind is Booth and Brennan not having ANY scenes together, which was happening before their 200th episode. I like Aubry but not as Booths partner. I really hope this is Booth and Brennan solving this case instead of Booth and Aubry. More Booth and Brennan together!!!

Hopefully it has a happier ending than the time Booth and Brennan attempted to prove someone’s innocence…because that didn’t end well

    Best show ever!

Congrats. She needs to be on TV more (just not with Sean Hayes!).
