Happyish is a described as “a comedic, soul-searching examination of our pursuit of happiness, a pursuit that might just be the very thing causing our unhappiness in the first place.” It stars British thesp Steve Coogan and Kathryn Hahn (Transparent, Parks and Recreation), as well as Ellen Barkin and Bradley Whitford.

Preston will play a Senior Account Director who must find a way to reinvent herself or lose her job.

Molly Price (Third Watch) and Andre Royo (The Wire) will also recur in the project.

I’m glad it’s only a recurring role on Happish. I’m still hoping The Good Wife makes her a regular next season.

    • Ben says:

I’d prefer to see her recurring on POI, so I’ll be happy if she sticks to recurring gigs, not regular ones, for now.

  2. Ben says:

Coogan. Royo. Whitford. Preston. Barkin…. I’m in!

What is a “field-driven sketch show”?
