CMA Awards Red Carpet: TV Stars from Nashville, Pretty Little Liars and More

CMA Awards 2014

TV stars, country music stars and countless in-betweeners collided Wednesday on the red carpet at the 2014 CMA Awards.

Carrie Underwood — whom we’re choosing to remember for her time on American Idol, rather than last year’s Sound of Music Live! — smiled for a few photos before dashing inside to prep for her co-hosting duties.

Pretty Little Liars star Lucy Hale, whose debut country album hit shelves this past June, was also in attendance.

Of course, ABC’s Nashville was also easily the best-represented show, with stars Connie Britton (Rayna), Clare Bowen (Scarlett) and Maisy and Lennon Stella (Maddie and Daphne) all walking the carpet.

Browse photos of the TV star-studded carpet below — we’ll be adding more as the night continues — then drop a comment with your thoughts. Who are you most excited to see?

Comments are monitored, so don’t go off topic, don’t frakkin’ curse and don’t bore us with how much your coworker’s sister-in-law makes per hour. Talk smart about TV!

  1. Rosy says:

Connie Britton is SLAYING on the red carpet.

  2. Ben says:

There would be nothing more ironic than actors from Nashville winning a CMA for songs from the show.

  3. Tedi says:

Love seeing the Nashville actors representing! The cast looked great!

  4. Alice says:

I can’t believe that they keep having Dericks Bentley on and have continuously ignored the talent of Billy Currington. He is one of the truest country voices of the newer singers, most of them are not even country. Very disappointed, and I have been a true country fan for over sixty years.
