Sharknado 2: The Second One — Sink Your Teeth Into the First Trailer

Get ready to jump the shark… again!

Syfy on Wednesday released the first full-length trailer for Sharknado 2: The Second One — premiering July 31 at 9/8c — and it’s full of everything you’d expect: vicious sharks attacks, melodious shrieks from Tara Reid (my favorite arrives at the 0:38 mark) and, of course, the perfect amount of self-awareness.

“Ah, f—k it. Who are we kidding?” asks the announcer, following his attempt to hail the disastrous sequel as some sort of cinematic masterpiece.

So, dive into the just-released trailer above, then drop a comment below: Will you be braving the storm later this month?

Comments are monitored, so don’t go off topic, don’t frakkin’ curse and don’t bore us with how much your coworker’s sister-in-law makes per hour. Talk smart about TV!

Sharknado worked because Asylum was just making their typical stuff. Sharknado 2 now is TRYING to be C-movie and have dumb jokes and effects and lines on purpose, and therefore, won’t be as good.

You know whats awesome, is that this movie is better then almost everything PG-13 hollywood is doing and its what hollywood doesn’t do anymore cause they are fraidy cats. However I am torn cause Andy Dick is is up there with Mel Gibson and D.W. Griffith. So its a tough call but I got to say Ian zeroing keep doing B-Movies. Go talk to full moon entertainment! They’ll hook you up!
