  1. It’s really too bad Netflix wouldn’t pick up this show and continue with it. It’s great that we’re getting 6 more episodes but The Killing is such an excellent show with a fantastic ensemble of cast members….why end it?

    • Chris says:

I agree, it’s one of my favorite shows. Since it’s ironically the show that can’t be killed I’m hoping Netflix is testing the waters with “a final season” just to give fans closure but possibly continue if it performs really well.

    • Annie says:

Totally agree. I love this show – this preview photo looks as if they’re maintaining that beautifully miserable atmospheric mood!

  2. Tracey says:

I don’t have Netflix which is unfortunate and I am a huge fan of this show. I live in Canada, Ontario to be exact and I have no idea how I will be able to watch the final 6 episodes. Help!

  3. Yule says:

I’m so excited!! August 1st cant come fast enough…Oh how I wish this wasn’t the last season. This show is so awesome compared to the other shows who go on for seasons and seasons.

  4. Aimee says:

Actually, I’m kind of glad it’s only six episodes. That way it will avoid the filler episodes and annoying flood of red herrings that plagued the first two seasons. The case sounds interesting and I am looking forward to it.

  5. Sharon says:

I can’t hardly wait for August 1st to get here!! I love this show!! I wish that there were more then just the one coming in August!!
