Sharknado 2 Unleashes First Teaser Trailer: 'It's Happening Again'

It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s an airborne shark in NYC!

Syfy on Thursday released the first teaser trailer for Sharknado 2: The Second One, and in case you were worried that the sequel might not live up to the ridiculousness of its predecessor, this new footage — which includes at least one instance of Ian Ziering wielding a chainsaw — should alleviate any concerns. If at all possible, it’s more insane.

Also, it’s a damn shame Ziering’s eyebrows aren’t eligible for their own Emmys, because those suckers are in full force around the 0:10 mark.

Watch the Sharknado 2 trailer above, then drop a comment with your reaction(s): Will you be heading into the storm on July 30?

Comments are monitored, so don’t go off topic, don’t frakkin’ curse and don’t bore us with how much your coworker’s sister-in-law makes per hour. Talk smart about TV!
