“Can you go out there and apologize to every customer?” Gordon Ramsay asks a frazzled waitress on the Season 6 finale of Kitchen Nightmares (Friday, 9/8c on Fox). “I am shutting it down!”

But what, exactly, prompts the famous chef to evacuate Bella Luna restaurant in Easton, Penn.? In the following exclusive preview, we learn that the mother-son team of Rosaria and Gianfranco didn’t have any experience as restaurateurs prior to opening their Italian eatery.

I think they would have done more episodes if Fox hadn’t renewed MasterChef Junior. I think it’s fair to say that Gordon’s plate is very full. I think they’re still doing Hotel Hell and obviously the regular MasterChef is starting in about a week. Hell’s Kitchen is still doing relatively well. The good news with KN is that all the episodes this “season” have been fantastic imho whereas some of the episodes in past seasons were too predictable and formulaic.
