Yay! I really liked this show so far. Briga Heelan is fantastic, she needs to be seen more!

    • alistaircrane says:

I’m surprised she hasn’t made another appearance on Cougar Town since they are both TBS/Bill Lawrence shows. Grayson’s daughter has pretty much vanished like she never existed.

    • Josh Emerson says:

She’s actually the reason I quit watching this show. I found her insufferable.

      • jen says:

same, I really wanted to like the show because I love bill lawrence and john c mcginley on scrubs but I’m just not a fan of hers. Would have loved if anna camp was cast in the role instead

    • sound67 says:

Good news. I love Briga Heelan. She’s both gorgeous and funny.

    • James says:

like her like him..kinda a piece of silly tv but watchable..his boss is a crackup..glad it’s back

  2. alistaircrane says:

Oh, good. It’s not exactly the smartest comedy on tv, but it’s fun, funny and entertaining.

    YAY, love this show :)

  8. Peter says:

Great – like the show because the story is based in San Francisco and I liked the episode when his ex-girlfriend showed up.

  9. John NYC says:

Very much like the show: simply shocked (but delighted) it got renewed.

  10. wordsmith says:

I thought the writing was actually pretty lame and lazy, (but good god they have some attractive cast members). I guess the bar is set a little lower out in basic cable land.

  11. Joey Padron says:

Happy the show got renewed for season 2! Can’t wait to see what happens after season finale in next season.

  12. joe says:

good show :) happy that it got 2nd season
    very funny

  13. CJ says:

Such a cute show. Nothing earth-shattering, but a fun way to spend half an hour. Glad it will be back.

    • M3rc Nate says:

100% agree. To me its so cute and funny (mainly cause of Briga being SO insanely likable and hot/gorgeous but actually every characters chemistry with each other) that i am excited when i see a new ep on my DVR being recorded.

  14. Delirious says:

Yay, awesome news! I fell in love with this show quite quickly, and was hoping it would get renewed. Only downside is that it only got a 10-episode order… Mr Ausiello, any info on if it could get extended eventually?

  15. Mikael says:

I like Ground Floor, and I’m hoping that its getting a 2nd season means that Cougar Town will get a 6th! I know CT is probably more expensive for TBS with Courteney on the show, but I’d love for it to continue! I actually liked Briga’s character on CT and I’d love for her to return for an episode or two.

  16. terry lepointe says:

Been waiting to see if it was going to get renewed. Great!

  17. Jay Emma says:

Ground Floor is an excellent show!
I’m so happy there’s going to be a season 2! All of the characters have their own charm, and they are all talented… Briga Heelan is extremely likable, very funny, and an overall Super Talent. I could say the same of each cast member. Hooray for season 2!!!

  18. Phil A says:

Ground Floor would go great with Men at Work. I wish TBS would would have those shows on back to back. It would be an hour I’d never miss!

  19. Vaios says:

Nice show. John C. McGinley is awesome.

  20. John says:

Breega is now on Undateable on NBC also a Bill Lawrence production.

  21. Horacio Avila says:

I was hoping the show be back
One of the best on tv right now

  22. tami says:

Yeah! My favorite show is coming back!

  23. Bk klein says:

We record it and watch it when we can but its one of the best sitcoms there is!. We thought it was canceled?.

  24. C. S. Morgan says:

Meh. In a hotel with limited viewing options, I happened upon this show — ‘Ground Floor’ — and found it lackluster and clichéd. A tried-and-true recipe for success — Hot Blonde, Successful “Nerdy” Type who Knows She’s Out of His League, Academically Astounding, Socially Obscure Yet Ridiculed Fat Girl Who Neeeeever Quite “Got Over It,” Token [Amusingly Charismatic and/or Humorously Fun-Loving and/or Righteously Indignant] Black Guy, and Egregiously Offensive “Eccentric” Figurehead Whose Tasteless or Off-Color Remarks Add to His “Charm” — the writing, acting, storylines, and most importantly, the jokes themselves, leave this viewer feeling disappointed, bored, and wanting more.

I’d watch this show if I were stuck in a hotel room with nothing else to watch–wait . . .
