Exclusive Following Video: Planes! Helicopters! Behind the Scenes of Joe's 'Epic' Escape Plan

Joe may have had an “epic plan” in Monday’s episode of The Following, but in reality, it took more than a handful of crazy people and some serial killer luck to pull it all off.

As you’ll see in this exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the episode, the Fox drama’s production team worked overtime to make sure that the car vs. plane vs. helicopter (and then some) sequence came out looking good — star Valorie Curry isn’t wrong when she says the whole shebang is reminiscent of an action movie.

If it hasn’t already started, press PLAY to see what producer Michael Stricks calls a “tremendous amount of toys” in action.

A much better episode than last couple weeks. Mike is my favorite character right now. After so much lost and almost die, Mike finally show his anger and wants revenge. Maybe the show needs to shorten its run so there will only one Luke. The twins and other sibling kinda annoying and uninteresting.

  2. Overthinking says:

What is up with Mike and Ryan getting elated over killing. I thought that was a ‘trait’ specific to the followers only. I suppose Mike and Ryan have being following Joe for so long that their actions of anger and revenge are becoming as vicious as the followers. Now that they have killed off a lot of supportng actors, they need more so they can keep up with the season practice of killing at least 2 people per episode.
