Ratings: Olympics Hit Low, Shark Tank Drops

DIAMOND DALLAS PAGE (DDP YOGA), MARK CUBANNBC’s primetime coverage of the Winter Olympics on Friday averaged 14.6 million total viewers and a 3.5 demo rating, dropping 28 and 30 percent from the night prior to hit lows for the Sochi games.

In its first face-off with these Olympics, Shark Tank drew 6.1 mil and a 1.7, down 17 and 19 percent from its last fresh outing.

NEXT FRIDAY: Hannibal Season 2 and Betty White’s Off Their Rockers Season 3 (now airing on Lifetime) premiere, plus fresh Bones, Enlisted, Hawaii Five-0, Blue Bloods, Grimm and more.

  • I have been an avid Olympics watcher for 30+ years, but for some reason this year, I just didn’t care. What’s up with that?
