    • Agreed. Doesn’t sound like anything new or creative to me.

  • First of all, there need to be more lesbians on TV. Second of all, this is probably NBC’s way of getting out of doing that stupid looking twin comedy.

  • Sounds promising but let’s face it, it couldn’t do any worse that what NBC comedies are doing right now.

    • At least it’s not a family comedy.

      • How is it not a family comedy? They’re trying to have a baby.

        • OK, I meant there won’t be main characters that are kids. I like adult family comedies a lot. But children are rarely good actors, and also rarely given good dialogue.

    • I don’t know. We said that last year about immunity and P&R and ALL of their new comedies have been huge failures, even by low NBC standards.

  • LOL!! I thought the show was based on the comic strip by the same name…that would have been funnier, maybe!

  • Don’t EVER cast Kate McKinnon. Let her stay on SNL.

  • I’d like to see a lesbian comedy done like Golden Girls. Aging lesbians [Stockard Channing, Marla Gibbs, Rita Moreno, Shirley MacLaine, Diahnn Carroll?] in a retirement community.

    • Damn, I didn’t realize Stockard Channing was almost 70. I thought she was like, a decade younger. She wouldn’t fit in at a retirement community though. I visit my grandparents in one, there are literally no people without gray or white hair. I mean zero. No people with brown hair left.

      • Did you see her as Christopher Plummer’s girlfriend in Must Love Dogs? She’d fit in just fine. As for white hair, watch Shirley MacLaine in In Her Shoes.

  • I wish someone would come out with another mockumentary style comedy like Parks and Modern Family. Those type of shows seem to have more success and are funnier. With the Office gone, NBC could you another comedy that works with that format.
