What to Watch Tuesday: Supernatural Road Trip, Mindy Breaks, Originals Witch Down and More

SupernaturalOn TV this Tuesday: Supernatural goes on a car ride from hell, The Mindy Project is out of the office until April, New Girl blows out the candles and The Originals’ Davina needs a doctor. With CBS in repeat mode, here are 10 programs to keep on your radar.

8 pm The Originals (The CW) | Davina becomes violently ill, but Sophie has a plan to save her.

8:30 pm Brooklyn Nine-Nine (Fox) | Terry busts a steroid ring on his first task back in the field; Amy and Rosa help solve a B&E case at Gina’s apartment.

9 pm Supernatural (The CW) | Dean and Crowley go on a road trip in search of the only weapon that can kill Abbadon; Castiel tries to extract some leftover grace from Sam. Tim Omundson (Psych) guest-stars.

9 pm Ravenswood (ABC Family) | Miranda discovers new consequences for leaving the Collins’ house.

9 pm New Girl (Fox) | Nick struggles to throw Jess the perfect birthday party. (Yeah, because “Nick” and “perfect” are two words you often use together…)

9:30 pm The Mindy Project (Fox) | Winter finale: Danny tricks Mindy into going with him to see his dad (played by Dan Hedaya, Cheers). (Note: The comedy returns April 1.)

9:30 pm Trophy Wife (ABC) | Pete’s solution to losing Bert’s lost tooth makes Jackie see red.

    • Loved that the What to Watch on the homepage had Mindy and Danny front and center. As it should be. ;) I choose to take Kevin Reilly at his word that he’s “bullish” (is that the favorite word of the TCA execs?) about The Mindy Project season 3. Gonna go through some big withdrawal here. On the plus side, it won’t have to go up against things like the Winter Olympics.
