How tragic. I just saw him on a Boy Meets World episode last night. RIP.

  2. Television Scout says:

A sad day for television fans – just heard Russell Johnson passed away, and now Dave Madden. At a time in the early 1970s when everyone on television was trying to be cool [or had to try to be cool], Dave Madden developed a nice hybrid characterization of the ‘cool guy with the heart of gold.’

He was wonderful on the Partridge Family, playing the ‘go-to-dad/big brother’ role of band manager Reuben Kincaid, and his work on Laugh-In was spot on.

A good guy, fine actor, and will be missed.

    May he rest in peace.

    Stop the madness today.
    Someone bubblewrap Ann B. Davis!

    RIP Mr. Kincaid!
