Switched at Birth Dancing EpisodeIt seems some of Bunheads‘ spirit has passed on to another ABC Family drama.

Switched at Birth will continue its tradition of special episodes that break form with a Season 3 installment featuring dance scenes in every act, TVLine has learned exclusively.

The fancy footwork, ranging from line dancing to rumba, will take place as part of the storylines, as well as in fantasy sequences.

The episode will air March 3.

Switched at Birth previously aired an hour entirely told in American Sign Language and explored a “What If?” scenario about what would have happened had the switch been exposed earlier.

  • I wish I wasn’t so far behind on this show. I definitely enjoy it the most compared to other ABC Family dramas.

  • I am curious as to how/why they would incorporate dancing. The ASL and alt reality episodes were an obvious choice for them to eventually do. But dancing? I am intrigued.
