9 pm Project Runway All Stars (Lifetime) | Season 3 finale: After the Final 3 present their heritage-inspired collections at the United Nations, one — Korto, Elena or Seth Aaron — is crowned the winner.

10 pm The Spoils of Babylon (IFC) | Miniseries premiere: If the cast doesn’t sell you, the premise will: Saturday Night Live alumni Will Ferrell and Kristen Wiig, Jessica Alba (Dark Angel) and Tobey Maguire (The Great Gatsby) star in this six-part satire about a dysfunctional family living in the ’70s — multiple fedoras and one talking mannequin included.

10 pm Elementary (CBS) | When a body is found in a barrel, Holmes and Watson launch an investigation into the mafia’s ties to the murder. Paul Sorvino (Goodfellas) and Tim Guinee (as of late, pretty much everything) guest-star.

  • Glad to see Ground Floor get some love…Its a really good show but i have heard so little about it i am not overly optimistic about a season 2
