  • Don’t you mean jimmy and Justin pulling double duty as host and musical guest? Their chemistry/comedic timing together is (penny voice) AMUAH-ZING!
Seriously looking forward to this episode

  • I can only hope Fallon can overcome hosting the last show airing in 3 successive weeks. SNL’s best shows are usually ones that occur after the csst and writers had a week or more off so Fallon hosting that last show could be a waste and not as entertaining as his turn at host last year.

  • “John Goodman will lord over Studio 8H for a 13th time” wow. When was the last time he hosted? seems like it was a long time ago. I expect Martin and Baldwin to show up or be mentioned.

  • For the Justin and Jimmy show, just give the writers the week off and let the two of them do all the writing. It’ll be the highest ratings since 1979.

    • You’re so right! Fallon’s good enough to write his own bits!!

    • You’re right about the ratings there. NBC should try that. Just let them do what comes natural when they get together. I bet the two of them just ad-libbing thru the entire show would be better than what the writers come up with. Those two seem to just feed off each others insanity & its hysterical to watch.

  • Yawn. Wake me up when they get Mariska Hargitay to guest host. She deserves a shot.

  • Looks like they are really concentrating on good comedic hosts. Probably because the cast is so weak this year! THis has got to be the worst season of all time for SNL. The writing is dismal even by SNl standards and the new cast just isn’t happening yet. And Aidy Bryant has now gone 28 episodes without one funny moment on the show. How was she not fired between seasons? Guess with all the real talent leaving (Armisen, Sudeikis, HAder) they had to keep the rest of the cast. Personally I would fire all but Nasim Pedrad and the guy who does Obama after this season. That being siad Lady GAga was pretty amazing on the show. It felt like she could be a cast member.

  • Thank goodness that the hosts and musical guests for December are all white men, SNL doesn’t have enough of those already!

  • Jimmy & Justin have great chemistry together. The funniest duo since Abbot & Costillo, Martin & Lewis, & Beavis & Butthead. Time to get some tissue, oxygen, & Depends, cause they’ll have me laughing hard enuff to cry, take my breath away, & pee my pants. They are hysterical together. J&J all the way…
