I’ve given up on SHIELD, but B-99 is the funniest new comedy and arguably the best freshman show this year. I hope more and more people keep discovering it and tuning in. I love Braugher as the straight-man captain. Fantastically funny.

    • Maryann says:

I would love it if it were an ensemble comedy instead of The Andy Samberg Show. It should feature everyone equally and not be just his playpen.

      • Apples says:

I think recent episodes have done this more. I agree that too much Samberg becomes too zany and unfunny. I loved the recent sideplot featuring Santiago and Boyle undercover on Halloween, for example. I want more unconventional partnerships like that.
        .
It definitely works best in an ensemble manner.

I’ve given up on this season of Sons of Anarchy. I will decide at the end of the season whether to go back and watch when I read how much of a train wreck it has been for the characters.
