So glad Les Revenants (The Returned) got picked up by Sundance. AMAZING show, it was huge here in Belgium and in France. Can’t wait for season 2, coming november 2014.

    • johnhelvete says:

I agree. Easily the best show I have watched this year. Tons of credit for Sundance picking it up here in the US, and I can’t wait to buy the DVD in January.

  2. Eric7740 says:

    The Vampire Diaries
    Greys Anatomy
    The Crazy Ones

  3. kate says:

is once in wonderland on today??

  4. Jared says:

    The Vampire Diaries
    The Returned

  5. MariaD says:

Is the The Returned based on the same-titled book by James Mott?

    • sheri says:

No, but that one is also being adapted into a TV series called “Resurrection.”

      • MariaD says:

Ah. Thanks for the info. I will look out for that show as well, then.

By the way, what is it with the spate of post-apocalyptic shows lately? When I first read about this show, I sort of flashed back to BBC America’s “In the Flesh” except those were more zombie-like folk who were then treated medically and returned to their families.

  6. Joey says:

The Crazy Ones, Michael J. Fox Show, Parenthood, and White Collar.

  7. Maryann says:

    The Vampire Diaries
    The Returned

  8. Tran 2.0 says:

SNL Halloween and Parenthood. On Demand: Scandal.

  9. lindasays says:

So, no WS game 7. Congrats to the Red Sox. Anyone know which ep of Glee will be shown tonight? Rocky Horror, perhaps? I’ll be watching Reign, but I’d set the dvr for another look at RHPS Glee.

  10. Babybop says:

Isn’t that what happened last week on Covert Affairs?

  11. Brandy says:

  12. Megan says:

Still can’t believe the millers got picked up for a full season.

  13. Andy says:

The Michael J. Fox Show, The Crazy Ones, and Elementary

  14. shuayb says:

I just wanna say something totally unrelated to the this but wow is Amber irritating!

  15. Babygate says:

When is Parks and Rec coming back on? I miss it! Tonight it will be Greys, Scandal, DVR Sean Saves the World and Covert Affairs.
Ever since Camilla tweeted during the filming of the Halloween episode, this is the Greys episode I have been looking forward to the most. And I can’t wait to see Lisa Kudrow tonight on Scandal. The second most anticipated show of this season so far for me.

  16. Mel says:

The busiest night of TV for me! DVRs will be getting a workout tonight! Yay TV for the weekend!

    Vampire Diaries
    Big Bang Theory
    Greys Anatomy
    Elementary (underrated, great show)
    Project Runway
    White Collar
    The Returned

  17. Paul J. Reedy says:

    The Big Bang Theory
    The Millers
    The Crazy Ones
    Two and a Half Men

  18. Marilyn says:

    Crazy Ones
The Returned — Abso-freaking-lutely one of the best returned-from-the-dead shows I’ve seen.
If you’re thinking zombies, then this show isn’t for you. It’s a slow-burning, creep-you-out-from-the inside-of-your-brain kinda story. The horror of what’s happening sneaks up on you. It gets seriously creepy. I mean, what would you do if your child who died years ago suddenly shows up looking exactly like they did on the day they died, but remembering nothing…. thinking it’s the still that same day years ago. (There are both adults and children who come back.) It’s an interesting premise that changes slowly, creepily (and don’t be spanking me for saying this as these are spoilers, they’re all in the summary featured here and everywhere else.) Great psychological thriller (and is season 1).

  19. Two says:

It’s Halloween, gotta go with the scary. I’ll be finishing the last two episodes of AHS: Asylum followed by something a little lighter, either Top Chef or Always Sunny.

The Tivo will be catching The Returned, Reign, and Elementary. Big Bang Theory is repeats this week.

  20. Tallee says:

no mention of the Great Pumpkin? How un-American! Let’s revolt! :)

  21. Rich Abey says:

It’s always crazy at Grey’s. Hence one needs over-the-top-super-crazy-weird for Halloween at Grey’s!

  22. bobbie says:

Sean Saves the World, Scandal, Elementary, The Crazy Ones, White Collar

  23. Phil says:

Les Revenants (The Returned) is one of this best series I have watched this year! It was on Channel 4 in the UK a couple of months ago and as long as you don’t mind subtitles you guys in America are in for a treat. Special mention to the amazingly atmospheric soundtrack by Mogwai. Really helps set the tone.

  24. Jake says:

Glee is repeating the emotionally charged tribute to Finn on glee tonight– whose songs are a top seller on iTunes as well.

    Love the millers as well
