Ratings: Big Brother Steady, MasterChef Dips

BIG BROTHERCBS’ Big Brother shed a handful of viewers this Wednesday yet held steady in the demo week-to-week, delivering a total audience of 6.1 million and a 2.1 rating.

Topping the night of course was NBC’s America’s Got Talent, which at 10 mil/2.5 was down a tenth versus last Wednesday. Leading out of that, Camp (4 mil/1.2) inched up a bit.

Elsewhere, Fox’s MasterChef (5.5 mil/2.2) ticked down a tenth, while ABC’s The Lookout (3.4 mil/0.9) was flat.

It amazes me how many people watch America Haz Gotz Talentz, since it seems to be on for 3 hours every night. I know they have some kind of system where people try out, then move past some kind of elimination system, but it goes on forever. Do they have thousands of acts to try out, or do the same people go over and over?
