I always loved Whose Line is it Anyway when Drew Carey hosted and I DVR it (as I do all the shows I watch) now to watch the reboot. Watching it live is a drag because they have a commercial break every 4 to 6 or so minutes– a 30 minute show with that many commercial breaks is deadly to watch! if I didn’t DVR it, I wouldn’t watch it.

  2. Ethel says:

One of my favorite shows. I have been DVRing it as there is so much on this summer it is difficult to choose what to watch, what to record. Still a fun show and amazing how they can think so fast for improv. Bring back Chip for a show or two

  3. Alex says:

I actually thought this was a better episode then the first 2.
I also think it has WAAAAY too many commercials.
I didn’t like that they then followed it with a repeat from last week. 3 episodes in, and a repeat already? I can see doing it on an off night like a sat or sun to promote it, but not like this.

PS. Get more audience participation going, especially calling out random things for people to be/do/song styles, etc.

  4. Et al says:

I would suspect that the dip for whose line is due to increased DVR usage. I was happy to watch live last week because it was an hour. However, a half hour show at 8 with no follow up show just messes up the whole night.

  5. Midori says:

Whose Line has a ton of commercial breaks, but they are very very very short ones, so we are getting the same amount of episode.

  6. Brandy says:

It wasn’t up against SYTYCD last week either. Count me as a fan of the reboot though, but I agree about Chip and less commercials.
